NAMH
Nevada Association of Manufactured Homeowners, Inc.
NAMH is a non-profit 501(c)(4) organization which represents and assists owners of manufactured housing in Nevada.

Our History
In 1973, there were few-if any- laws to protect the growing number of manufactured homeowners from harassment, intimidation, and eviction without cause. In 1974, seven residents living in the Boulder Cascade MHP on Sandhill Road in Las Vegas founded the Mobile Home Owners League of the Silver State, Inc. (known as MOLSS) to form a non-profit that would promote the general welfare of mobile homeowners. These seven dedicated members began going door-to-door in other mobile home communities, and membership quickly grew.
On March 23, 1995, the board amended the name of the corporation to Nevada Association of
Manufactured Home Owners (Jeannie Deeg, President, and Joan Andrew, Secretary).
On August 15, 2003, the name was changed to Nevada Association of Manufactured Homeowners, Inc. (Stuart Anderson, President, and Joan Andrew, Secretary), which remains the organization's current name.
Through NAMH's efforts, and with legislative support, there are now approximately 46 pages of law designed to protect manufactured home owners' rights, known as NRS 118B. Renters of manufactured homes are protected under NRS 118A.
Since its inception, NAMH has advised and assisted homeowners in following proper procedures to achieve fair and satisfactory resolutions to conflicts with park owners and management.
